Respecting your privacy while ensuring the highest level of user comfort when using our services and contacting our company is important to us. Therefore, we only collect and process personal data that is necessary for implementation and required by law.

We pay increased attention to the protection of personal data. We want you to be assured that your data is safe with us and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

The information provided to the data subject when obtaining personal data from the data subject:

Legal basis for processing personal data of the Data Subject:

The legal basis for processing personal data of the Data Subject shall be the performance of a contract with the contracting party, who is the data subject, or the consent of the data subject (e.g., in the case of the operator's marketing activities), compliance with a legal obligation, or the legitimate interests of the operator.

Depending on the purpose of processing personal data and the legal basis for processing personal data, the operator processes these categories of personal data or their parts:

Specification of legitimate interests pursued by the Operator or a third party:

The legitimate interests of the Operator in processing personal data under Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation are the protection of the operator's property and the protection of the operator's rights in case of a dispute, as well as the improvement of the operator's services and marketing activities.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data:

The recipients of the Data Subject's personal data will be or may at least be (i) statutory bodies of the Operator and (ii) employees of the Operator (iii) persons cooperating with the Operator in the performance of the Operator's tasks. For the purposes of this document, employees of the Operator shall be considered all individuals performing dependent work for the Operator based on an employment contract or agreements on work performed outside of an employment relationship.

The recipients of the Data Subject's personal data will also include the operator's collaborators, its business partners, suppliers, and contractual partners, namely: accounting company, company providing software creation and maintenance services, company providing legal services to the operator, company providing advisory services to the operator.

The recipients of the Data Subject's personal data will also include the tax office and other state authorities and third parties, in cases stipulated by law.

The recipients of personal data will also include, depending on the purpose and legal basis of processing personal data, companies connected to the operator, which are used to perform the operator's tasks.

Information about the intended transfer of personal data to a third country:

Not applicable – The Operator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country.

Retention period of personal data:

Personal data will be kept for the necessary period in accordance with legal regulations – during the performance of the contract and its subsequent archiving.

Information about the existence/non-existence of the obligation of the Data Subject to provide personal data:

The Operator informs the Data Subject that providing personal data of the Data Subject is not a legal requirement. However, it is a requirement, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract concluded with the Operator (regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract). The Operator informs the Data Subject that the Data Subject is not obliged to provide personal data nor is obliged to give consent to their processing. The consequence of not providing personal data and/or not giving consent to the processing of personal data will be that the Operator will not process personal data and the contract with the operator will not be concluded.

Information related to automated decision-making, including profiling:

When visiting the operator's websites, certain information may be collected, such as IP address, date and time of access to the website, information about the internet browser, operating system, or language settings. In the case of accessing the operator's websites from a mobile phone or similar device, the operator may also process information about the mobile device.

Cookies:

We provide data subjects with detailed information about the use of cookies with the option to grant or revoke consent for individual types of cookies online on the website. Within the Cookies service Google Analytics, we use anonymization of the IP address.
